Exchange, Refunds & Warranty
At RAVPower, we are committed to providing high-quality and innovative products to our customers. Because we deal in sensitive electronics, our return policy is strictly defined to ensure fairness and efficiency.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are entertained only under the following two conditions:
- Physical Damage:The product arrived broken, cracked, or physically compromised.
- Defective/Non-Functional:The product is not working as advertised upon arrival.
- If required, you will be requested to ship the product back to us to physically verify the claim / defect
- Reporting Timeline
To qualify for a claim, you must report the issue to our official WhatsApp Support Number: 9063017933 within 48 hours of video verification or physical inspection as the case may be.
Note: Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a return/refund under the “dead on arrival” category.
- Mandatory Documentation (The Unboxing Rule)
To prevent disputes and verify claims, all requests must be supported by:
- A short video of the unboxing process showing the sealed package being opened.
- If the product is non-functional, a video clearly demonstrating the product failing to perform (e.g., physically damaged product,an adaptor not charging or a power bank not powering on).
- Verification Process
We treat every claim with urgency; once you submit your video evidence:
- Authenticity Check:Our team will verify the claim within 48 hours of receiving your video.
- We reserve the right to reject claims if the video evidence is edited, unclear, or if the damage appears to be caused by user mishandling.
- If required, you will be requested to ship the product back to us to physically verify the claim / defect
- Exchange, Refunds & Warranty

- Exchange: If your claim is deemed authentic, we shall exchange the product and ship within 48 hours
- Refund:In case you have chosen for a refund and your claim is deemed to be authentic, Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 48 hours
- Product Warranty: Beyond the initial 48-hour return window, individual products are covered by their respective warranty periods. Please refer to the product packaging or the “Warranty” section on the product page for specific durations.
